Green alarm on the fossil energy market is as bad as it gets.

For the first time ever, the European Union (EU) has produced more electricity in a year from renewable energy sources than from fossil fuels. The share of fossil fuels in the electricity mix fell to 37% while the remaining 25% was made up by nuclear power, according to the study published today by think tanks Ember and Agora Energiewende (2020).
